Welcome to ChessPuz. By downloading, installing, or using the ChessPuz mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the ChessPuz Team ("we", "us", or "our"). They govern your access to and use of the ChessPuz mobile application across supported platforms.

2. Free Access & Advertising

The free version of ChessPuz provides daily tactical puzzle limits and game tickets supported by third-party advertisements delivered via Google AdMob:

• Rewarded Advertisements: Players may voluntarily choose to view rewarded video advertisements to earn extra puzzle solutions or additional game attempts.
• Availability: Ad availability is subject to network connectivity, ad provider inventory, and fair-use daily caps. We do not guarantee continuous ad availability.

3. ChessPuz Pro (Lifetime In-App Purchase)

Players can upgrade to ChessPuz Pro via a one-time in-app purchase ("Lifetime IAP"):

• No Recurring Subscription: ChessPuz Pro is a single, non-consumable purchase. There are no recurring periodic subscription fees or automatic renewals.
• Pro Benefits: Purchasing Pro permanently removes all third-party advertisements and unlocks unlimited puzzle play, dedicated tactical motif training, the mistake vault, and premium themes.
• Billing & Refunds: Transactions are billed through your Apple ID or Google Play account. Refunds and purchase disputes are governed exclusively by the refund policies of Apple or Google.
• Restore Purchases: You may restore your lifetime purchase at any time on devices linked to the same Apple or Google account via the in-app "Restore Purchases" feature.

4. License Grant

We grant you a personal, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and run ChessPuz on compatible mobile devices you own or control, solely for personal, non-commercial educational and entertainment purposes.

5. User Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or extract the source code or puzzle database of ChessPuz.
• Distribute, sell, lease, or commercially exploit any portion of the application.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or exploit tools to manipulate puzzle ratings, scores, or rewarded ad mechanics.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All software code, visual assets, icons, board designs, sound effects, themes, and branding are the exclusive property of the ChessPuz Team or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

ChessPuz is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the ChessPuz Team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the application.
