Welcome to ChessPuz. By downloading, installing, or using the ChessPuz mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ChessPuz Team ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the ChessPuz mobile application. Additional guidelines or rules posted inside the app from time to time are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

2. Subscription and Payments

ChessPuz does not contain advertisements. To access all chess chapters, levels, puzzles, and advanced training tools, you must purchase a monthly subscription:

• Subscription Period: The subscription is offered on a monthly auto-renewing basis.
• Payment & Billing: Payments will be charged to your Apple App Store account (for iOS users) or Google Play Store account (for Android users) upon confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the same price and duration period as the original purchase unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your App Store or Google Play Store Account Settings after purchase. Active subscriptions cannot be cancelled during their active billing period.
• Refunds: All refunds for purchases are handled directly and exclusively by the respective app stores (Apple or Google) in accordance with their refund policies. We do not process refunds on our end.

3. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use a copy of the ChessPuz application on a mobile device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

4. User Restrictions

You agree that you will not, under any circumstances:

• Copy, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works of the ChessPuz application.
• Decompile, reverse engineer, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the application.
• Use the application for any commercial purposes or redistribute it on any unauthorized app store or platform.
• Use any automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the application or access puzzle resources illegally.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All rights, titles, and interests in and to the ChessPuz application, including but not limited to the user interface, graphics, interactive elements, chess board representations, design tokens, logos, coding, database seeds, and themes, are owned exclusively by us or our licensors and are protected under international copyright and trademark laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The ChessPuz application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the application will always function error-free, uninterrupted, or perfectly synchronized with all devices.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the ChessPuz Team be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) the application.
