ChessPuz is designed as an offline-first application. We believe that your gaming habits and achievements are your own business. Our primary goal is to provide a premium chess training experience without collecting unnecessary personal data.

2. Data Collection and Storage

ChessPuz operates with maximum data minimization principles:

• Personal Data: We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal identification information (such as your name, email address, username, or phone number) during gameplay.
• Device-Local Storage: All game-related data, including your puzzle progress, solved chapters, ELO rating, streaks, and settings (board theme, sound, and vibration preferences), are stored strictly locally on your device. We do not maintain any external user database for game progress. If you delete the application, your local progress will be permanently lost unless backed up via native device backup services (e.g., iCloud or Google Backup).

3. Subscription and Payment Processing

Ad-Free Experience ChessPuz does not contain any in-app advertisements.

To access all tactical chapters, puzzles, and features without limits, ChessPuz offers a recurring monthly subscription. All purchase transactions, billing, and subscription status verifications are handled entirely and securely by the native commerce APIs of the respective app stores:

• Apple App Store: Processed through Apple's secure billing system (StoreKit).
• Google Play Store: Processed through Google Play's secure billing system (Google Play Billing).

We do not collect, process, or store your credit card information, bank details, or billing address. All such transaction data is managed exclusively by Apple or Google under their respective privacy policies.

4. Third-Party Services

To ensure system stability and support commerce, ChessPuz uses only trusted third-party SDKs provided by the OS platforms:

• Apple App Store / Google Play Services: Used strictly for managing purchases, verifying subscription statuses, and checking for application updates.

We do not use any marketing analytics, user profiling SDKs, or advertising trackers that follow your activity across other apps or websites.

5. Children's Privacy

Since ChessPuz does not collect any personal data or utilize advertising networks, it is completely safe for players of all age groups, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect modifications in our features or legal requirements. Any updates will be published directly within the application settings screen and on our official legal portal. We encourage you to review this page periodically for any changes.
