1. Acceptance
By downloading or using CSecret Nades, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
2. App Purpose
CSecret Nades is an independent companion guide for Counter-Strike players. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Valve Corporation.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for lawful personal use. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its content except as permitted by applicable law.
4. Free App, Advertising, and Remove Ads
The app is free to download. It may display third-party advertisements on iOS and Android.
You may purchase a one-time Remove Ads in-app product to disable in-app advertisements, subject to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play. Prices and local taxes are shown in the store before you confirm payment. Purchasing Remove Ads does not guarantee uninterrupted access if you uninstall the app, change store accounts, or violate these terms.
If you previously purchased the app on iOS when it was sold as a paid app, you may retain ad-free access without buying Remove Ads, as determined by Apple purchase records and in-app logic. This benefit applies to the qualifying Apple ID and platform rules; it does not automatically transfer to another person, Apple ID, or platform.
5. In-App Purchases, Billing, and Refunds
All payments are processed by Apple or Google. We do not collect or store your payment card details.
Refunds and billing disputes are handled under Apple Media Services Terms or Google Play policies, not by us directly.
If you reinstall the app or use another device signed in with the same store account, use Restore Purchases in the app to restore Remove Ads where eligible.
6. Intellectual Property
App content, design, and branding (except third-party marks and game-related materials) belong to their respective owners. “CS2”, Counter-Strike, and related marks, maps, and assets are trademarks or property of Valve Corporation.
7. Disclaimer
The app is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or accuracy of in-game lineup information. Game mechanics and maps may change; we do not guarantee that all content is current or error-free.
We are not responsible for third-party advertisements, third-party links, or actions of store platforms.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app, advertisements, or in-app purchases.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The “Last Updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
