1. License
We grant a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for personal, non-commercial use.
2. Virtual Goods
- Virtual goods and currency have no real-world monetary value.
- Purchases and refunds are subject to App Store / Google Play policies.
3. User Conduct
- No cheats, bots, mods, or abuse of exploits.
- No harassment or harmful behavior toward other players.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including data/progress loss.
5. Warranty Disclaimer
The game is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.
6. Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.
